1. Service Agreement

By using our leak detection services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include:

Emergency leak detection
Water pipe leak repairs
Pool and tank leak detection
Roof leak detection
Sewer system leak repairs

2. Service Areas

We provide services throughout California and the Chicago metro area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the work required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

4. Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty on all repair work. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7. Emergency service calls may incur additional charges as outlined in our pricing schedule.
