Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our leak detection or repair services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Services were not performed as agreed upon
- Work does not meet our quality standards
- Emergency service was not provided within promised timeframe
- Cancellation made more than 2 hours before scheduled appointment
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Diagnostic fees after work has commenced
- Emergency call-out fees for legitimate service calls
- Parts and materials already installed
- Services completed more than 48 hours ago without prior complaint
4. Warranty vs. Refund
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in workmanship. Warranty claims are handled through repair or replacement, not refunds. Refunds apply only to initial service dissatisfaction within 48 hours.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
- Provide your service order number and details
- Allow us opportunity to resolve the issue first
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
6. Emergency Service Policy
Emergency services (24/7 calls) carry additional fees. Refunds for emergency services are limited to cases where we fail to respond within our promised timeframe or if the emergency was misdiagnosed by our team.
